At AstroMukti, we take care to ensure that every product is checked and packed securely before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in the same condition in which it was received

• Be returned with its original packaging, tags, certificate, accessories, and invoice, wherever applicable

• Not have been altered, damaged, worn, strung, mounted, or modified after delivery

A return request must first be approved by AstroMukti before the product is sent back.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.

Natural Product Variations

Rudraksha and Shaligram are natural products formed by nature. Therefore, variations in colour, size, shape, texture, surface, natural lines, holes, markings, chakras, weight, or appearance may occur from one piece to another.

Such natural variations are not considered defects or reasons for return if the product supplied matches the product type and specifications mentioned in the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• An incorrect product

• A product missing from your order

• A product materially different from the item ordered

please contact AstroMukti within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request clear photographs or a video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice to verify the issue.

After verification, AstroMukti may offer a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Products that have been worn or used

• Products altered, resized, restrung, mounted, or modified after delivery

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Products specially prepared or customized for an individual customer

• Products for which any specific spiritual, puja, energization, or customization service has already been performed at the customer's request

• Gift cards, where applicable

• Products returned without original certificates, packaging, accessories, or invoice where these were originally supplied

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible product, please contact us first.

Once the return is inspected and approved, we will inform you about the available exchange options.

Any difference in product price and applicable shipping charges may need to be paid by the customer.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by AstroMukti, return shipping arrangements or reimbursement may be provided after verification.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for the amount to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed after receiving confirmation that your refund was processed, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

An order can normally be cancelled only before it has been dispatched or before any personalized, puja, energization, or customization service has begun.

Once an order has been shipped or customization/service work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
